Br. Gulam Contractor has returned to Allah (swt).

Janazah Prayer at MCC on Friday, Oct 30, 2009, after first Jum’ah Salaah (1:00pm).

Burial will be at Maryland National (Memorial Park) Cemetry, at 13300 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel, MD (off MD Route-1).

It is with heavy heart and deepest sorrow we announce that our dear brother Gulam Contractor has passed away. He had a heart attack this morning (Wednesday) and did not survive.

We cannot find words to express our sorrow but are comforted that he was indeed a true servant of Allah (swt) and will insha’Allah be rewarded with the highest place in Junnah.

“Allaah-hum-Maghfir Lahu”. May Allaah forgive him, grant him paradise and provide comfort to his family in this trying time.

Br. Gulam Contractor’s family is arranging a Qur’an reading session, followed by dua, and lunch in memory of the deceased on Saturday, October 31, 2009 starting at 11:30 am at MCC.
