SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Project will be approximately 5,000 square foot under one roof with two floors.  First Floor contains a Prayer Hall and ADA Toilet facilities with a wide walk way lead to main mosque.  Second Floor contains Class Rooms and a Conference Room connected with a corridor to existing building.  Building will be fully sprinkler with steel column and beam supported.  Exterior wall would be assembled with split faced CMU (match with existing) and metal stud with a gypsum board.  Building surrounded by concrete walk path access to existing parking.

QUALIFICATIONS OF CONTRACTORS
Bidders must be licensed in Maryland. They must also submit, a statement with appropriate references, indicating that they have completed at least five projects in the last five years, each with a contract value of at least $ 1,000,000.  Contractor must comply all the requirements of the state of Maryland and Montgomery County.  Any changes required by the Montgomery County permit department must be complied with.  Contract changes in terms of cost and time, if any, due to design changes required by the County will be negotiated prior to start of construction.

CONTRACT TIME
Work shall begin within two weeks from notice to proceed and to be completed within 32 weeks from start.
