MCC would like to invite you to a follow up General Body Meeting to be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 10:30 am to 11:10 am.

The follow-up meeting is being necessitated due to a lack of quorum (25% of MCC Members) at the Winter General Body, which was held on December 2, 2023. As per Bylaws Section 11.D all MCC members present at this follow-up meeting shall constitute a Quorum and will vote to select an auditor.

Please review the agenda below:

• 10:00 AM – 10:35 AM – Opening Dua/recitation from the Holy Qu’ran; Imam Abdullah / Br. Usman Sarwar, President of Board of Directors
• 10:35 AM – 11:05 AM – Selection of Auditor, vote by MCC Members of good standing; Br. Ishtiaq Chughtai, Treasurer of Board of Directors
• 11:10 AM – Closing Dua and adjournment; Imam Abdullah / Br. Usman Sarwar, President of Board of Directors
