MCC Healthy Family Challenge

The Family Engagement Committee is organizing a 4-week Healthy Family Challenge for the month of December. This includes registration, submission of weekly points and weekly Sunday activities!

Let’s build healthy habits as a family, bond with other families, and have fun!

• Attend the intro session on 11/24/2024, 2 pm at MCC Main Hall
• Register your family team (at least 2 members) before 11/30/2024 at https://tinyurl.com/hfc-mcc.
• A $20 registration fee (per family) is required https://payments.madinaapps.com/mccmd (select Family Engagement Committee, Add a Note with your name).
• Registration fees will be used to fund a prize for the top 3 winning teams and for snacks/materials for the 5K run.
• The fee is nonrefundable, even if you decide to drop out of the challenge. Please email family@mccmd.org if you cannot afford the fee
• Earn points by completing healthy tasks listed in the checklists, submit weekly points at https://tinyurl.com/hfc-points by Saturday, and weekly winners will be announced each Sunday.
• Two families with the highest average points at the end of 4 weeks will win a prize (on Jan 11, 2025).

Family activities each Sunday from 2:00 to 3:30 PM: 

• 12/1- Meet at Pilgrim Hills Park
• 12/8-Meet at Wheaton Rec Center
• 12/15-Fitness class @MCC
• 12/22 – 5K walk/run at Fairland Trail
